Bay Shore Defeats Commack

Bay Shore defeated Commack 5-2 on Thursday, October 17th. Allie Dolder scored the first three goals of the game within ten minutes of east other for Bay Shore. Kyra Harney and Corinne Schmidt also scored for the Marauders. Chelsea Lombardo made ten saves for Bay Shore (9-3) in Division I.

Scoring: Bay Shore -- Allie Dolder, 3 goals; Kyra Harney, 1 goals; Corinne Schmidt, 1 goals/1 assists; Meg Farnan, 1 assists. Commack -- Maddie Lecarie, 2 goals; -- Newfield, 1 assists.

Goalies: Bay Shore -- Chelsea Lombardo, 10 saves. Commack -- Leanne Corso, 9 saves.

Bay Shore Defeats Northport

Bay Shore defeated Northport 3-2 on Tuesday, October 8th. Bay Shore scored three goals in a five minute span in the second half to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 3-1 lead. Senior Corinne Schmidt scored her first career varsity goal with 22:12 left in the game to give Marauders a 2-1 lead. Chelsea Lombardo made nine saves for Bay Shore (7-2) in Division I.

Scoring: Bay Shore -- Kyra Harney, 2 goals/1 assists; Corinne Schmidt, 1 goals; Allie Dolder, 1 assists. Northport -- Noelle Peragine, 2 goals; Melanie Zimbelman, 1 assists.

Bay Shore Defeats Sachem North

Bay Shore defeated Sachem North 5-1 on Friday, October 4th. Allie Dolder had two goals and two assists and Kyra Harney added two goals to lead Bay Shore (7-2) in Division I.

Scoring: Bay Shore -- Kyra Harney, 2 goals; Allie Dolder, 2 goals/2 assists; Catherine Darcy, 1 goals; Corinne Schmidt, 1 assists; Samantha Flood, 2 assists. Sachem North -- Gabby Lorenzo, 1 goals; Amanda Flynn, 1 assists.

Goalies: Bay Shore -- Chelsea Lombardo, 3 saves. Sachem North -- Caila Hendrickson, 19 saves.

Bay Shore Shuts Down Whitman

It was a blow out under the lights last night, as Bay Shore field hockey beat Walt Whitman 5-0 on Monday, September 30th. Kyra Harney led the Marauders with 3 goals and 2 assists. Also scoring 1 goal each for Bay Shore was Allie Dolder and Elise Ambos. Sam Flood and Grace Hickey both had an assist. Goalie Chelsea Lombardo had 1 save in the shut out.

Bay Shore Defeats Lindenhurst

Bay Shore defeated Lindenhurst 2-0 on Friday, September 20th. Kristina Conte, a sophomore, scored her first varsity goal, and Kyra Harney added a goal to lead Bay Shore (3-0) in Division I.

Goalies: Bay Shore -- Chelsea Lombardo, 2 saves. Lindenhurst -- Drucker, 3 saves; Gabby Hazelton, 2 saves.

Bay Shore Defeats Northport

Bay Shore field hockey was back at it again beating Northport 4-2 on Wednesday, September 18th. Allie Dolder started the game off for Bay Shore by taking the goalie one on one and scoring 1 out of the 4 goals. Elise Ambos had her first goal of her career which left the game at a score of 2-2 going into the second half. Abigail Fudge finished the game off by scoring 2 goals in the last 10 minutes of the game. Haleigh Rock and Katie Kennedy both had an outstanding defensive game. Chelsea Lombardo recorded three saves in the win.

Bay Shore Defeated Sachem North

The Bay Shore Marauders came out strong with a win at their season opener at home. The Marauders beat Sachem North 5-0, having 3 goals in the first half. Allie Dolder had an amazing hat trick scoring 3 outstanding goals. Captain Kyra Harney had a great offensive game as well having 1 goal and 1 assist. Grace Hickey shined as she dove for a pass to put it in the back of the cage. Haleigh Rock played shut down defense both halves. Chelsea Lombardo had three saves in the shut out.
