A health recommendation to students and parents/guardians:
Your body is yours for the rest of your life. How you treat it and what you feed it, will dictate how it treats YOU as you age.

Find fun family activities to do like walking on the beach, bike riding or even a simple walk around the neighborhood after dinner. It is exercise for the mind, body and spirit!  "The secret of getting ahead is getting started."
