Bay Shore student-athletes attended the 2nd Annual Section XI Nick DeCillis "Speak Up for Change" Student Athlete Leadership Conference. The objective of this year's leadership conference was to encourage our student-athlete leaders to find their voices to help others, not only on their teams but in everyday life. The program consisted of motivational speakers, student table discussions, and group activities and covered various topics including mental wellness, sportsmanship, leadership, and social media. In addition, two Bay Shore graduates participated in a panel to speak about their experience in college.
