The policies of the Bay Shore School ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ align to the Blueprint for English Language Learner/Multilingual Learner (ELL/MLL), and our reopening plan addresses the potential learning loss that may have been a result of the school closure due to COVID-19. The Bay Shore School ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Reopening Plan addresses both ELL English development and their mastery of content area knowledge.
The primary focus of this plan is to provide guidance for the reopening of the Bay Shore School ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ for the 2020-2021 school year. Specifically, this document will address the instructional needs of students K-12 for hybrid learning within Content/Stand Alone ENL, Dual and World Language classrooms.
